Presentation at The 2nd Food Allergen Management Symposium 2017 (FAMS2017) in Australia

The 2nd Food Allergen Management Symposium 2017 (FAMS 2017) took place in Sydney over 4 days, May 21st to 24th.
This international symposium aims to provide an interactive forum to bring together all stakeholders to stimulate collaborative and innovative approaches for better harmonization of food allergen management.
Presentations were given by leading specialists in food allergy including administration officials, organization officials, food industries, universities and self-help patient group.
Dr. Shoji gave a presentation entitled “Food Allergy Research in Thailand: What We Learned” at the FAMS 2017.
With the presentation, he introduced the project to establish food allergen labeling in Thailand and showed some survey results after initiating the regulation. Many attendees showed interest and shared their opinions during the presentation.
